· The Promo-Code rates are based on the country the guest comes from; therefore, it is required that information such as the ID and credit card match the guest's country of origin. Otherwise the charged rate will be modified according to country of origin and its corresponding applicable rate.

· All the reservations will be charged in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.

· You can cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior to check in.

· No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure.

· The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates.

· The minimum stay is 3 nights.

· Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You can go ahead and secure them at any time with your favorite airline if you like.

Booking your flight independently will provide the best cost savings.

"Tips and Tricks"

*If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you can still utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc...). We recommend you pack a small bag with swimwear & other necessities to use & explore the resort while you wait for your room to be ready.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Punta Cana International Airport.

Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through the Finest Punta Cana official website or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option).
